SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days from the time your order is placed for shipping and delivery. Due to State laws, we are only able to ship wine from California to states that allow direct shipments of wine to consumers. Please review our shipping policy carefully, including timeframes and cost for delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible.
Standard Shipping Policy: You must be at least 21 years of age to order or receive wine. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” sticker. All carriers who deliver alcoholic beverages are required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you or someone over the age of 21 will need to be present at the time of delivery to sign for your shipment. We highly recommend having your wine shipped to a UPS location or a business to avoid any potential delays.
We ship Monday – Thursday, and orders typically ship the following business day. Our standard shipping policy is to ship all orders via UPS ground service, but we offer other expedited shipping options for an additional charge. All shipping costs are listed separately in your total at checkout.
UPS Ground Shipping: Please allow between 1 and 8 business days for delivery depending on the destination distance from Sebastopol. Ground shipments have no commitment date guarantee. How weather affects your shipment: Weather conditions can affect your shipment in two ways: during transit between our winery and the destination address, as well as during local delivery in the destination area. When necessary, we will implement a weather hold for states that are too hot or too cold to ship wine. Please consider national and local weather conditions prior to making a shipping selection. We cannot make your shipping decision for you, however, the following recommendations have proved useful. When in doubt, it is best to select a faster option rather than Ground, as Ground transit times are not guaranteed. Also note that delivery companies give business addresses priority over residences by delivering earlier in the day, which means less time exposed to heat or cold in the back of a delivery truck. During hot weather and severe cold, we strongly recommend sending packages by 2-Day service or faster and to a business address.
RETURN POLICY
Should any product be damaged during shipping to your address, please call us at (707) 823-3887 or email us at dg@duttongoldfield.com. If you receive a wine that does not look or taste right, please contact us immediately. If you notify us that you would like your order to be put on hold until temperature conditions are more suitable for shipping, we will do so at no additional cost.

1. Dutton-Goldfield Winery will not share, rent or sell your personal information to any non-affiliated organization or company without your consent. However, we may disclose your personal information under limited circumstances if we conclude that we are required by law or have a good faith belief that access, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Dutton-Goldfield Winery, its customers or the public.
2. When you register, place an order or provide your personal information to us for any other business purpose, we may collect your name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information.
We may also request additional information. We use this information to process your requests and to communicate with you about your orders. From time to time, we may use your name and contact information to notify you of changes to the web site, new releases, special offers and events we think you'll find valuable. To prevent receiving this information via any medium, please email info@duttongoldfield.com with all the names, addresses and emails you'd like removed from our mailing list.
3. All customer data we collect is stored on a secured server to protect against unauthorized access.
4. Dutton-Goldfield Winery will track visits to the pages and links on our websites so we can make decisions about the design and usage of the website. While we may choose to share aggregate information on consumer behavior to third parties, none of these statistics contain personally identifying information.
