Orchard & Vine: A Fall Pinot Noir Cocktail

When autumn arrives in Sonoma County, the flavors of the orchard and vineyard seem destined to meet. Our Orchard & Vine Cocktail brings together Dutton-Goldfield Emerald Ridge Vineyard Pinot Noir with crisp apple cider, Cognac, honey and aromatic bitters for a seasonal cocktail that feels both cozy and surprisingly fresh. The Pinot's bright red fruit and savory character mingle with apple and warm spice, while a splash of sparkling water keeps everything lively. Garnished with fresh apple, orange peel and cinnamon, it's an easy fall cocktail for everything from a fireside evening to Thanksgiving entertaining.
