Dutton-Goldfield Wins 18th Annual Pigs & Pinot Sommelier Smackdown

Big Win for Dutton-Goldfield!

We’re beyond thrilled to share that our 2021 Deviate Pinot Noir took home the top honor at the 18th Annual Pigs & Pinot Sommelier Smackdown! This prestigious event brings together some of the country’s top Master Sommeliers, and our Pinot stood out as the best of the best in a March madness bracket style format based on consumer voting.

A huge thank you to Master Sommelier Keith Goldston for representing our wine so brilliantly in the competition and sharing amazing stories about Steve Dutton in the vineyards and the history of 6 generations of farming (who wants a tractor ride?) —we couldn’t have done it without you! 🍷👏

Master Somms Andrea Robinson, Michael Jordan and David Yoshida were all amazing!

To celebrate this achievement, we will be offering an exclusive special on this award-winning wine in the coming week— but only for our wine club and subscribers.
