On May 16, we’re handing the reins (and the fryer) to local Graton duo @werk_bird for a one-day fried chicken pop-up at the tasting room. Crispy. Juicy. Just the right amount of messy.
Pair it with a chilled Rosé, a bright Russian River Valley Chardonnay, or a glass of Pinot Noir that was basically made for this moment.
Good wine. Hot chicken. Zero pretense.
Wine available by the glass and bottle or you’re welcome to book a full tasting, though not required.
Reservations recommended, but walk-ins are welcome while the chicken lasts. Come hungry. Leave happy.
